I’m Ginny Hendon, founder of Ginny’s Helping Hands LLC. I help businesses make sense of their data, improve everyday workflows, and get more from the systems they already have.
My background spans SQL Server, reporting, integrations, accounting systems, and web development. What connects that work is a simple habit: understand the problem, pay attention to the details, and make the result useful.

I understand the data
and the day-to-day work.
I have more than 30 years of SQL Server experience and about a decade of hands-on Dynamics GP support. My work has included T-SQL, SSIS integrations, SSRS reports, scheduled data imports, and the business processes behind the numbers.
That experience also includes Excel automation, financial and management reporting, database-backed websites, and technical support in a HIPAA-regulated environment. I hold a QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper certification.
I use AI tools to assist with development, research, and drafting, while reviewing and validating the final work. For me, the value is in the working result and the judgment that goes into it.
Alongside my technical services, I’m growing a voice-over practice focused on clear narration, short business recordings, phone messages, and selected commercial and character work.
